Buyer Sellers Meet

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

Buyer-Seller Meet has been organised to encourage both overseas and Indian companies meet and discuss common areas of business on the sideline of the fair. The Guidelines and fee structure are listed below for your reference.

Guidelines:
 

  1. Meet will convened at a set time in the fair premise (time will intimated two days in advance)
     

  2. Participants will be supplied with stationeries, Fair Special magazine, tea/coffee and bottled water
     

  3. Maximum of four meeting in three days of the Fair.
     

  4. Participants are given one hour for designated meeting.
     

  5. Participants should carry brochures of their products. No samples will be allowed.
     

  6. Participants will pay Rs. 5000/- which will entitle them of maximum four meetings as indicated in the point number 3.

 

Late date of registration is 15 December.

All queries to be addressed to the undersigned. Payment should be made preferably by bank transfer, alternatively by demand draft or multi city cheque.
